Test Days & On Boarding

Test Day & On boarding Pack Max 2 x sku's (flavours per day)

Test Days offer clients & Drinks Chef the opportunity to conclude full due diligence of SOP's and Recipes.

 

The two day process starts with a one litre bench top sample of the recipe being made with the client to sign off, the client will be sure of the flavour profile and aroma profile meets their expectations before moving to the next stage of the On boarding. Day two, clients come back to Drinks Chef to experience a short pilot run for proof of concept on our commercial lines, your product will be ran for its first time in a full scale production site. we will offer the client the chance to dial in variances such as Co2 vol. We will run through our robust 21 point check list which challenges all areas of the recipe and production process.

 

Drinks Chef will provide a full report from the On boarding

End of Test Day Product Output:

You will receive fully finished and packaged stock to your specifications

What we need from you:

  1. Recipes and specifications for your product. - We will upload to our CRM

  2. Job sheet and Product Spec sheet must be filled in and returned - Any unanswered questions will be filled in on test day.

  3. Schedule of delivery for ingredients, labels, boxes etc. - Clients are responsible for supplying all elements of the job, Drinks Chef provide cans, glass and lids which are charged to the client.

  4. Supply to us enough ingredients to cover the agreed volume for the test day - All ingredients MUST be here 5 days prior to test day.

  5. Clients arrive on site at the agreed time for day 1 and at 9am on day 2. - You don’t need to be here all day but you are welcome to stay in our client hub.

  6. Test day output cans/bottles will not be available for collection until a clear microbiology report has come back from the lab - this usually takes up to 10 days

  7. If you wish to take a few cans for photo shoots and media, they will be available for collection 24hrs after test day. 

  8. Test days are for challenge testing products, as such we don't guarantee the yield from the process.

  9. All invoices are pro forma and need to be paid in full before a test day date can be confirmed. All provisional test dates are subject to change if invoices are not paid.

  10. We reserve the right to change test day dates in the rare instance that weekly production is not running to schedule.
