Contract Bottling & Pilot Runs

We co-pack for multiple brands covering a huge range of liquids – including beer, soft drinks, RTDs, cider, cold brew teas & coffee and health shots. The majority of our work goes into twelves or twenty four cardboard cases, but we aim to accommodate all your packaging requirements as new start-ups or market leaders require versatile co-packers who are able to gear up for the weird and wonderful this industry has to offer. Whether this is bottle size, label preference or final packaging format.

 

We will undertake all production runs on volumes from as little as 10L. Drinks Chef has it covered. From small-scale batches to larger volumes, Drinks Chef ensures that all production runs meet their clients' specifications. 

Our packaged products can be pasteurised if required and carbonated, which is set out from our customers recipe and specifications, provided to us in a pre production pack. 

We believe in providing you with a quality finished product, which is why we have a standard label wrap-around application for the front, back, and neck, as well as the super-premium finish of sleeving all onsite. 

Drinks Chef is a Salsa approved producer since its conception in 2020. We mix in 1,000L batches for full traceability which then all liquid is loaded into our self-carbonating tanks where chilling and carbonation is undertaken. We are an allergy-free production site that also has extensive risk assessments and an extensive set of Food Safety & Quality systems and checks from intake through to despatch (Underpinned by an extensive HACCP policy). Drinks Chef retains retention samples from all runs, one from the beginning, middle and end.

All our machines are checked and maintained with a regular maintenance schedule and serving from pneumatic check to scale calibrations. Detailed production records are kept for every running, operating fifteen minute to half hourly checks reviewing, weights, carbonation, label orientation to make sure quality is upheld throughout the process at Drinks Chef. 

We offer a huge range of bottle options from glass to aluminium, covering all sizes from 30ml to 1L. This includes ROPP and crown capping as standard to even the most premium of finishes of cork and caging. 

Drinks Chef prides itself on being a full turnkey solution for the brands that we partner with. We offer a safe place to store materials in our ambient and refrigerated storage options, allowing the brands to produce on demand.

Drinks Chef prides itself on not only creating great drinks but being able to manufacture them in house on our number of bottle filling lines. Whether you are looking to launch your 60ml health shot, your bottled cocktail or sports drink we have a filling solution to suit your project. Drinks Chef has the capability to run still and carbonated products with ROPP, Crown and Screw caps.

Pilot Runs:

We offer all development customers and new production clients a Pilot Run to ensure the product hits its method of manufacture and specification requirements before we scale up. 

 

Pilot runs offer the opportunity to run small scale productions, whether it be a 10L run of formulations to showcase your products to investors and buyers or a 500L run to get your new product to market.
